As a licensed Coldwell Banker real estate agent with a background in home design, organizing and renovation, I walk clients through challenging transitions with patience and care, always keeping the end goal in sight: a successful sale or purchase at the best possible price.

I’m not afraid of a house full of belongings, a half-finished project or move that feels overwhelming. I often roll up my sleeves to help lighten the load by coordinating resources, participating in packing and clean outs and handling many small repairs myself to save clients time and money.

Before building this business, I had a successful career as a healthcare executive. That work taught me how to bring structure to emotional situations, stay calm under pressure and guide people with clarity. Today, I bring all of that into real estate, specializing in the kinds of situations most agents shy away from:
