Project: Gerona

Gerona was a long-held family home with strong fundamentals including an excellent floor plan and an unusually large backyard but years of deferred maintenance made its potential difficult to see. The goal was not to redesign the house, but to clarify it: remove obstacles, make disciplined updates, and prepare it for its next chapter.
